Choosing new flooring can be a daunting task

There are so m any different options to choose from, it can seem overwhelming and where do you begin? Here are some simple tips on how to select the best flooring:

1. Make a list of your requirements. For example what room is the flooring for? Have a think about stain resistance, durability, style, hypoallegenic fibers etc.

2. What is your budget? Think of a price you are willing to spend. This will allow you to see if you can afford any type of flooring or narrow it down to a specific range. 

3. What colour and style do you want to go for?  Now that you have selected flooring for your particular room, you can vary it with colors and get it to match the style of your house.

4. How long will it take to install the flooring? This may be a factor in deciding what to go for. Do you have to move anything out of the room before the installation?
