In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase please see the below guidelines:
Returns
Due to the nature of these products, it is very difficult to put in place a simple returns policy. For furniture we provide specification sheets, including dimensions, for customers to print online or take home prior to purchasing to make sure your purchases will fit in your home. For flooring and soft furnishings, we offer a free estimating services so we can obtain accurate measurements and evaluate any access considerations.
Furniture
If your item/s are purchased from stock, and once in your home you find they are not suitable, we can often accept a return of these items. In this event, the original delivery charge will not be refunded and a delivery uplift charge would apply. Please note that clearance is excluded and that also due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of mattresses or beds unless identified as faulty.
Any goods which are made to order and are in-progress with our supplier/s are unable to be cancelled. We will only consider cancellations/changes to your order if we receive your written request to do so before the goods have commenced production by the manufacturer. We cannot accept cancellations after this stage.

Carpets, Flooring and Soft Furnishings
As you would expect, the nature of these products being cut and altered from their original size to fit your property means that we are unable to accept any returns due to the diminished value of the altered product. Should the fitted goods be found faulty then we will find a solution by way of repair or replacement.
